The economizer package

See first hand the quality and beauty of the D-shape tulip poplar milled log home package, being built in Tennessee. Mike Hompertz recently visited the job site and recorded this video.

Economizer

This is our standard 32 x32 square log kit. With this kit you can build out plans of 1000, 1400, 1700, 2000, 2500, 3000 sq ft.
We offer options of bat n board strip siding for gables & 2nd floor shed walls, tongue & groove flooring 3/4 or 1 1/2 thick, we offer beams for floor joists and porches, trim, & lathing. We can set up windows, doors, & tin roofing . The reputable   and highly trusted Patriot l crews who will dry in for $20 per sq ft including  sub-floor.

 Why go full log on second floor?
*Keep in mind that although  siding is $2000.00 and full log is $10,000 , you will have the additional costs of OSB sheeting, Tyvek wrap , 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 framing material, insulation, dry wall, (cost of paint) or tongue and groove siding. There are the experiences of the paying the contractors for insulation, dry waller and the carpenter. With full log, as soon as it is stacked , the exterior and interior finished are complete along with insulation and you pay only the log home builder.
 What you will need to provide :
  • sub-floor
  • partition walls 
  • OSB 4 x8 (plywood ) for sub floor and floor Joice
  • rafters
  • windows and doors 8 1st floor  and  (12 windows) and 2 doors
approx cost of above items $20,000.00 dry in total cost 
  • Basic green  metal roofing  available at best prices in the industry

REDUCE YOUR COSTS AND BUY DIRECT!
This is the basics needed to build your log home, you will need to provide other building materials, (see list above) which we will help you put together. A martial list will be provide with a basic cost , to keep your cost down, we suggest that you go to your local lumber yard, such as Menards, Home Depot, Lowes and get your lumber direct, this reduces shipping costs, and you can have a hands on experience and have direct recourse.
